About Thibault
A recent graduate in communication and cinema, I also took the yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Center in Orléans in July 2017. I had already had a regular practice, but only confined to the four walls of my apartment, and four corners of my computer screen. The Sivananda formation made me discover this ancestral practice in all its beauty and depth, and gave me a peace and well-being that I had never experienced before. By its completeness and scope, because it balances us physically, mentally and emotionally, yoga is to me a treasure that deserves to be shared. I mainly base my classes on my personal experience of yoga, as well as the teaching methods I learned during my training. Practice is the key word: I show you the exercise, I tell you a little about it, then we perform it again together, and we adapt it according to your needs.
