I specialize in Vinyasa Yoga and flow yoga, but I’m also passionate about guiding beginners through the basics at a comfortable pace. In my classes, I emphasize connecting with your breath and fostering self-awareness, creating a space for you to reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you integrate yoga into your daily life and build a sustainable practice that enhances your overall well-being. *I also can teach in Japanese if you want :)
