About Avishag
My name is Avishag, and I am a 500-HR certified yoga teacher, somatic movement guide, mentor, and energy healer with a deep passion for supporting people on their journey of self-discovery, embodiment, and inner connection.
For the past five years, I have lived a nomadic lifestyle, traveling, learning, and immersing myself in different cultures, environments, and ancient wisdom traditions around the world. This journey has taught me the beauty of adaptability, presence, and embracing change. Understanding that life is constantly moving, transforming, and inviting us to grow with it.
Through my travels, my yoga practice, meditation, connection with nature, and exploration of different healing traditions, I discovered the profound wisdom that the body holds. When we approach the body with curiosity, respect, love, and patience, it slowly opens like a flower, revealing its sensations, memory, messages, and stories in its own rhythm.
I believe the body is the most powerful and sacred portal we have. A gateway to self-awareness, connection, and transformation. It is constantly communicating with us, guiding us toward greater balance and well-being when we take the time to listen and allow.
I combine traditional yoga wisdom with somatic practices, conscious movement, breathwork, meditation, and gentle energy work (Reiki & Seichim) to create a practice that supports each person’s unique needs, pace, and intentions.
Through movement, breath, mindfulness, self-inquiry, healthy boundaries, and self-love, we can deepen our relationship with ourselves and cultivate a more harmonious connection between body, heart, and mind.
I create a safe, warm, and supportive space where you can explore, grow, reconnect with yourself, and move toward greater authenticity and freedom, always honoring your own journey and rhythm.

Somatic Yoga & Meditation Teacher | Supporting Inner Connection, Embodiment and Personal Growth
I teach yoga and guide individuals, especially sensitive souls, through a journey of embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection with the body.
Together, we create a personalized practice that supports your unique needs, pace, and intentions through Asanas, Somatic movement, meditation, pranayama, and energy practices (Reiki & Seichim).
This is a gentle and supportive space to release tension, cultivate grounding, reconnect with yourself, and develop a more mindful relationship with your body and inner world.

Qualifications & Experience:
500-HR certified yoga teacher with years of international teaching experience across different cultures and environments.
Who it’s for:
All levels welcome - from beginners to advanced practitioners, and anyone wishing to explore yoga beyond the physical practice, using movement as a tool to connect deeper within yourself.
Lesson Duration:
1:1 sessions are typically 60 or 75 minutes, customizable to your needs, nervous system, and personal intentions. Available online or in person.
