Each lesson is a chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, my classes are beginner-friendly, supportive, and mindful, guiding you step by step. Sessions last 60-75 minutes and are offered live on Zoom in small group or as private one-to-one session. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or curious about exploring Ashtanga, you’ll receive personal guidance, functional modifications, and space to grow at your own pace. Together, we create a practice that feels grounding, accessible, and transformative.
