About Mahi

Dear ,
My name is M.S.Mehra and I'm from Naintial. First, allow me to share a little about myself. Teaching is my life's passion, and I have been instructing students of all ages for 10 years. This is my third year working at online mode, and I've previously worked with six schools as yoga teacher. My years of experience as a teacher have shaped a teaching philosophy that guides how I help my students succeed in the classroom and beyond. I truly believe that their success begins with making them comfortable in the classroom. I strive to create a space for students to explore their own learning styles, then I'm there to help develop their interests and guide their absorption of the material.
Knowledge Sharing as the Key to Success and Sharing knowledge helps them connect, perform better, and become stronger as professionals. This is because through sharing knowledge, one increases influence and credibility. It helps position us as an expert in the field.

About the lesson

" Teaching is the process of attending to people’s needs, experiences and feelings, and intervening so that they learn particular things, and go beyond the given ".
While I have many skills that help me be an effective teacher, I believe some most valuable skills are being patient and having strong communication skills. These skills help me guide students gently and ensure everyone remains comfortable throughout each lesson.
One of the most important qualities of good yoga teachers is their presence. Their presence should command attention. Their energy should be such that it can increase the energy level of the students as well and make them feel welcome and at ease.
A good yoga class is one that meets the needs of its participants, providing a safe and supportive environment for students to practice and grow in their yoga
