About Vaidehi

I am an engineer/singer/ yoga tutor. I have been practicing yoga for few years as it helps in controlling an individual's mind, body, and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength, and body tone.

About the lesson

Methodology of teaching :
step 1: I will start the session with a Mantra/ Shloka to calm our minds.
step 2: we will do 12 poses of "Yogic Jogging" to boost our body.
step 3: some "Surya Namaskara".
step 4: some poses of "Yogasana".
Step 5: "Pranayama".
