About Michele
I have been studying and practicing yoga for over twenty years and began teaching in the front room of my house in the mountains 17 years ago. I have studied yoga in Italy, London, Mexico, and the United States. I studied many types of yoga with Iyengar being a foundation for my knowledge.

I teach yoga as a method for consciousness and an optimally functioning mind body complex. Yoga is a healing method which can take all types of humans into a more dynamic relationship with their bodies and experiences here on Earth. In other words, we go deep. The real transformation starts within. My yoga style is a combination of Iyengar and Vinyasa. My goal is to help you discover what your body truly needs from you to be its absolute best through yoga and yogic practices.
