About Jocelyn

The classes are adapted to the practice of each person, with subtle movements but full of strength and balance. It is a moving meditation. - 4 years experience - Groups of 5 to 15 people - Students gain greater flexibility, strength and balance

About the lesson

I started practicing yoga 5 years ago; in 2012 I completed a certification in the studio "Strala Yoga" in New York City. I have taken additional courses and leaded classes at gyms, pole dance studios and private lessons ever since.

Es excelente maestra! Porque conoce muy bien como trabajar cada parte del cuerpo sin lastimar pero si permitiendo la progresión. Es cuidadosa en caso de haber lesionado y su técnica ayuda mucho a que se trabaje sin dolor.
