About Andrea
I hold a Doctor of Philosophy degree with studies in neuroscience and humanities which I use to support my coaching through a combination of eastern and western traditions. I also have two master's degrees with specializations in applied linguistics, human communication, teaching and learning. Thus, my coaching is for individuals who are interested in learning and enhancing their body and mind to build resilience, better communication and interactional skills, and growth mindset.
As a certified Yoga with many years of experience, I can also offer individual training to yoga teachers who are looking for continuous education (CE) as I am Yoga Alliance Continuing Educator Provider (YACEP)
