The Method (Adikrama): My teaching follows Adikrama—a step-by-step progressive sequencing that prepares the body and mind safely, moving from simple foundational movements to deeper, advanced practices.
Yoga Styles: Hatha (foundation & alignment), Vinyasa Flow (movement & progression), and Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation (stillness & integration).
Focus Areas (The Progression):
Foundation: Breathwork (Pranayama) and structural alignment.
Development: Core strength, active flexibility, and fluid movement.
Integration: Mindfulness, deep relaxation, and mental stress relief.
