About Shashank
Namaste all, I go by Shashank, I have completed my 500Hr Teacher training in Therapeutic yoga which is a holistic form of yoga focused on all eight limbs of yoga. I am active learning Ashtanga Vinyasa flow and training under ancient Indian Akhada practices and tools. I intend to culminate my knowledge and bring forth an amalgamation of ancient practices made simple for the learner.
