About Akash

I’m a passionate and dedicated Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor based in Coimbatore, with a strong foundation in traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. My journey began as a student seeking health and balance, and it gradually transformed into a lifelong commitment to yoga as a way of living. With experience teaching both children and adults, I focus on creating safe, supportive, and mindful sessions that help students build strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and inner calm. I also integrate Pranayama, meditation, and basic yoga therapy for lifestyle-related issues like stress, thyroid, and cholesterol. My teaching is rooted in discipline (Sadhana), yet personalized for each student’s level — whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your practice. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I’m here to guide you at your own pace — with clarity, compassion, and consistency.

About the lesson

I offer traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga classes suitable for beginners, intermediate, and experienced practitioners. My teaching is grounded in alignment, breath control (pranayama), and mindfulness, helping students improve posture, flexibility, focus, and overall wellness.

I am a Yoga Alliance internationally certified instructor with experience guiding both adults and children. Whether your goal is to improve your health, manage stress, boost concentration, or explore yoga philosophy, I offer structured, supportive sessions tailored to your level and needs.
