About Nitesh
I am a certified Yoga Instructor with a strong foundation in both classical and modern practices. I have completed my Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher Training from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, which deepened my knowledge of traditional yoga, pranayama, and yogic philosophy. Alongside that, I serve as a Meditation Coach with the globally renowned Art of Living organization, where I guide individuals through breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and transformative meditation practices. With experience conducting both in-person and online sessions, I specialize in creating calming, inclusive spaces for practitioners of all levels. My teaching approach blends the discipline of classical hatha yoga with the inner stillness cultivated through meditative practices, suitable for individuals, wellness groups, and corporate wellness programs. I am passionate about sharing these ancient practices with a wider audience across Europe and beyond through virtual sessions, workshops, and retreats.
