Having practiced and taught classical yoga for more than 18 years following the Sivananda tradition, I dedicate my work to individualized, 1-on-1 teaching. Drawing from classical Sivananda traditions, I guide students through practical exercises designed to relieve desk-related back stiffness, enhance joint mobility, and reduce daily mental stress.
You will receive patient, step-by-step instruction ensuring safe and rewarding home practice regardless of your current flexibility level.
