About Dr Zuleika

I'm a naturopathy doctor with three years of experience teaching yoga to all ages (including children and geriatric populations) and for a variety of health conditions. I'm based in Goa and I understand the roadblocks that most people have before starting a session in yoga and wish to make it more accessible to all. About the lesson

If you're struggling with or just received a diagnosis of prediabetes, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, PMOS(PCOS/PCOD), obesity or if you are simply looking for a way to relax and ground yourself, this session is for you.
In my yoga classes, I will guide you through Asana, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation along with DIET and LIFESTYLE modifications to align with your desired health outcomes in a holistic manner.

My first free session will consist of a half an hour CONSULTATION along with a half an hour yoga session. Join Today!
