I am a student who is studying bjmc right now. I am an active member of the yoga society. Right now I am in my 2nd year and my classes are held online so lots of free time. it would be a great experience.

My teaching method is simple no pressure, just fun. firstly we will have to introduce ourselves.
Then we will start with Surya Namaskar, every day. Then when your body is loose and there is so risk for any injury we will do some simple yoga asanas and then one or two difficult ones. and yes we will have a lot of fun.
