About Jun
I've been a TOEFL Speaking/Writing and SAT Essay/Writing teacher for the past 9 years of my life. I spent all of my professional teaching career in China teaching Korean exchange students who were living overseas due to their parents' occupation. I have helped dozens and dozens of students get a score about 115 on the TOEFL and have helped 3 students get a perfect 120 on the TOEFL test. Teaching is my passion as I know that I am having a positive and direct influence on the lives of my students by allowing them to master this test and get accepted to their dream universities. I also sincerely enjoy interacting and hanging out with students.

My teaching method is very simple. I always put myself in the shoes of students and think about what I would or would not like in a teacher. This is precisely why I always show my students my own problem solving process so that they may have the opportunity to pick up my way of approaching problems. I never hand out assignments that are impractical and nonsensical simply because I also hated doing busy, unnecessary work while I was in school. With me, you'll get the cold hard facts and UNDERSTAND WHY I give certain pieces of advice or do things in a particular way.

Details
If the client/student doesn't appear to have the motivation that matches the teacher's(my standards), the sessions may be cancelled. If there are some issues that are preventing students from focusing on their work, please communicate them to me as I am willing to work around inevitable problems. If homework assignments aren't done on time, part of the hour session will be dedicated to completing the homework ( we will solve the problems together, but this will be using precious minutes on something you could've done on your own!).
