About Andrea
I am a native English speaker and I have taught English in secondary schools in Japan, and I have taught General English and Business English to adults in Australia and New Zealand. I really enjoy getting to know my students and watching their skills and confidence grow. I have also worked in adult literacy and numeracy in workplaces in Auckland.
In the past I have been a healthcare professional, so am able to assist with English specific to the healthcare industry if required.

During your first lesson I will talk with you to find out your language learning goals, your interests and your reason for learning. I will start to gather information to identify your level too.
After that I will design structured lessons that match your requirements and practice the skills you wish to develop. Lessons will be 1 hour.
