About Karen

Hello, my name is Karen.

I am an experienced English Foreign Language tutor from London.

I adore my work and I am passionate about helping my students reach their English language goals in a safe, fun and comfortable environment.

Experience
In 2014 I completed my CELTA qualification and achieved a grade A.
Since then, I have gone on to complete a TKT Young Learners certificate and I have undertaken training to become an official Cambridge speaking Examiner.
I have over 8 years experience teaching students from all over the world with levels ranging from beginner - advanced.

Maybe you want to improve your English so you can communicate with your friends and family better, or perhaps you need to gain a certain level of English in order to study or work overseas...Whatever your English language goals are, I am ready and able to help you achieve them :)

I look forward to meeting you!
Karen

I met Karen through her online English lessons, and I couldn't be more grateful for her help. I started my classes with her practically from scratch, feeling very insecure about my language skills. Today, thanks to her dedication, my confidence has completely transformed—I have already successfully taken job interviews entirely in English!

What I appreciate most about her teaching methods is how dynamic, patient, and structured they are; she completely tailors the lessons to the student's real-world needs. Furthermore, Karen is incredibly flexible and understanding with schedules, always showing excellent availability to coordinate our classes.

I 100% recommend her to any member of the Superprof community looking for a committed, professional tutor who can truly elevate your English skills, no matter where you start. Thank you so much, Karen!
