About Liora
I lived for a year in an English speaking environment with many different accent and English (American, English, South African, Australian, etc ...). I've been able there to acquire an everyday conversation level.
I then started a bachelor degree at Maastricht University, only taught in English, so I developed a much more academic English.
After a reorientation, I have a bachelor's degree in political sciences (ULB), during which I followed advanced english classes (spoken and written) specified to my field of studies.
Today, a large part of my social life is in English. I use the language to express myself daily.

I think the best way to learn a language is through practice: listening, reading, talking is the best way to achieve our goal. The courses will therefore be given IN English. Understanding, listening and reading exercises will be the basis of the course without being based on a course book. The student will be asked to study a bit between each lesson
I think the best way to learn a language is to practice it, listen to it and read it. That is why, as far as possible, the courses will therefore be taught IN English, to train both your comprehension skills and to encourage you to answer/think in English. A large part of the learning process will be through oral practice of the language: you will be invited to express yourself on different topics you have interest for. Depending on your interests (and the sphere of possibilities), we will be able to practice English through different activities: cooking, analysis/translation of songs, etc.
Do not hesitate to call on me, if your goal is:
- To acquire a more fluent English/Conversation
- To work on your pronunciation/accent
- To rework a written text/train your written expression
- To learn the basics of the language
I am used to work with children (experienced in animation, baby-sitting, etc.).

Details
The first half hour (free of charge) consists of getting acquainted, talks about goals, methods, initial level, and expectations. This will be done via skype. If you are convinced, we can start the classes.
COVID-19: Courses via webcam are preferred at the moment. The contact is not the same, that's for sure, but I'm convinced that you will be able to benefit greatly from it, without taking any health risk.
