About Amelia
I have a qualification for completing 60 hours practical lessons training in TEFL that I achieved at college, and I am currently doing a joint degree in Classical Studies with English Literature. I come from a very mixed background of Spanish and Greek and Caribbean, and as such have frequently helped family members and friends improve their speech and knowledge of English.

My teaching method is getting my student(s) really involved with the language so they understand how it works, not just how to speak it. I base my classes on the ideal that learning a language should be fun and engaging. My main method of approach for learning English is to include aspects such as idioms and colloquialisms, so you really live the language rather than just memorising vocabulary.
