About Elena
Certified yoga teacher at the Free School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa in Milan (Pranayoga method) by Maurizio Morelli (recognized by CSEN / CONI). Prenatal and postpartum Yoga teacher certified at the Samadhi school in Florence (Anukalana Method) by Jacopo Ceccarelli and recognized by Yoga Alliance. Teacher of English and Spanish language, holistic and passionate chef of traditional Chinese medicine and macrobiotic and natural cuisine. Study to become a holistic nutritional operator at Sana Gola in Milan and I continue to train and deepen the study of yoga and ayurveda in Italy and abroad.

To find balance, concentration and psycho-physical well-being. To learn to listen to your body and breathe properly. To travel inside yourself, discover yourself and rediscover yourself. To find serenity and lightness but also flexibility and body tone through asanas, pranayamas, mudras and mantra. In pregnancy, to develop that strength, both physical and mental, and that self-awareness, necessary to face delivery in the best way. To give the expectant mother the ability to listen to herself and listen to her child and prepare the body, mind and spirit for the fantastic adventure to come. Soft and gentle approach, based on listening to the breath and respectful of one's body and one's limits.
