About Olivia
As well as achieving A/A* grades in Music and English Literature at GCSE and A-Level and 15 years experience playing piano, I have volunteered in both a primary school and social clubs for children and adults with learning difficulties. I have also worked as a tutor for home educated children studying English at GCSE. Currently a final year student at the University of Liverpool, I hope to pursue tutoring full-time after graduation.

I aim to cater to the needs of each individual as we all learn differently! I understand that there are a myriad of qualifications that students could be working towards under the umbrella of literature and music, so I will always adapt my teaching to suit each individual’s learning style, experience and needs. I can teach both virtually and face-to-face, depending on what suits each student. In my experience, the most important part of teaching is making the subjects enjoyable as well as helping the student to feel comfortable and fully supported - all of these are key to feeling confident in exams.
