About Roncia
The process of learning and understanding is unique to each individual. It is my job to see what type of learner you are. Some people are visual learners, others like repetition, some styles of learning require pictures. Understanding my students individual needs and goals will help in formulating a plan. A plan that has sort term and long term goals. It is important for me to get to know you and understand your needs and goals. Based on this we can devise an individual learning plan for you. I have experience in teaching students of all ages, cultural backgrounds and education levels. Developing a professional relationship with my students helps me help them achieve their goals.

Depending on the students needs, we will formulate a personalized learning plan. Weather the student wants to learn spoken English, written, or learn how to write essays. I have been teaching for five years. I have a university degree. I am prepared to help students learn the basics of the english language or learn how to write essays for high school or university level.
I can do one on one lessons all focused on the students individual needs.
