About Monique
I started to teach in 2013. Here I worked as an assistant and later had to teach the students. The classroom size was around15 students. Recently I started to teach online. Here the students are placed in groups and presented a lesson. During these lessons, you can see how the student grows in pronunciation, grammar and communication. Their overall confidence is also boosted with a generous amount of positive reinforcement.

My teaching methods are learner-centred. I start my lesson with a quick greeting, followed by the introduction of the topic. This is either done by a short video, song or story. We identify keywords and sentences. Depending on the students level, I encourage them to try and decipher the sentence before giving them clues.
