I have known mr. Ramaiya Naidu for many years as a colleague. He worked as a Head of department for Mathematics at Sir Edmund Hillary Collegiate Senior School. The Department consisted of several staff members Ramaiya always supported and encouraged staff to excel in their teaching. He expected good academic outcomes and always insisted that staff should do more in service training to up-skill and improve. He was a very good teacher who taught the higher level classes. He knows NCEA and could support staff with the interpretation of standards. Apart from his academic qualities, Ramaiya has a pleasant personality. He is friendly and us a good team leader. I can recommend him strongly for this endeavour he wants to follow. Given with pleasure
I highly recommend Mr Naidu with 35 years of teaching experience, 23 years as Head of Department (HOD) Maths. His vast expertise in all levels of NCEA teaching ensures he can cater to students' specific needs and curriculum requirements. His dedication and leadership in the subject make him an ideal choice for mastering at all levels
