About Fidan

Graduate of the Bül-Bül Special Music School and current student of the Baku Music Academy, I combine strong academic background with active concert experience. Recently, I completed an internship at the Berlin Opera Academy, where I focused on performance and collaboration with vocalists. I regularly organize and perform in concerts, both as a soloist and chamber musician, and bring this stage experience directly into my teaching. For the past three years I’ve been teaching on Preply, working with students from different countries and helping each of them build solid technique, musical understanding, and confidence. My lessons are structured, focused, and adapted to the individual goals of each student — whether it’s preparing for exams, improving interpretation, or developing a deeper connection with music itself.

About the lesson

Are you looking to deepen your understanding of music and strengthen your skills at the piano?
My teaching approach combines both artistic insight and academic precision, helping students connect musical intuition with solid technical and theoretical knowledge.

In our lessons, we explore the great masters — composers, conductors, and pianists — analyzing their performances and ideas to understand why their music works. Together we’ll study what makes Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony so powerful, the elegance behind Baroque form, the many faces of the waltz, and much more.

You’ll develop a trained ear through singing, transcription, and dictation — proven methods that also enhance focus and memory. Each theoretical concept will be directly applied at the instrument, ensuring that the material is fully understood and embodied.

My lessons provide a professional yet inspiring environment, where you can refine your technique, broaden your musical perspective, and achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself — whether it’s mastering repertoire, improving sight-reading, or deepening interpretation.

Let’s work together to unlock your full musical potential.
