About Dalisia

I am from Sicily, living in Dubai for the past three years.

It all started when my international friends would try my Sicilian dishes, and then video call me desperate for help because they wanted to impress their family.

The key is following exactly what I tell you :)

About the lesson

I offer support and tips for simple italian recipes.

I don't go through a cooking book , but I simply use the knowledge my grandma (nonna) and mum (mamma) passed on, and my instinct too of course!

I'll teach you how to listen to your heart while cooking Italian food, but also how not to bend some sacred rules.

I can support you on a video call or I can come to your place.
