I provide hands-on cooking lessons in both East Asian and Western cuisine, based on experience working in professional restaurant kitchens. My focus is on teaching real kitchen skills, including technique, speed, flavour balance, and restaurant-style presentation. At the same time, my classes are friendly and easy to follow, making them suitable for beginners as well as those looking to improve their cooking to a professional standard. Lessons are practical, relaxed, and designed to build confidence step by step in a supportive environment.

Welcome! Thank you for your lesson request. I offer the first lesson free of charge so we can get to know each other and discuss your learning goals. Location * In-person lessons are available within Auckland only. * I can travel to your home for the lesson. Booking Please let me know your availability, and we’ll arrange a suitable date and time.
