Nick has a great work ethic and always willing to help and share his knowledge about food. Pursuing his passion for food Nick worked with me in a bakery and brought some amazing unique veggie pies for us. He has a solid grasp of spices from different cultures.
I highly recommend Nick for beginners as he will inspire you and build your confidence to take a journey in the discovery of food with a twist.
