I am a pianist with many years of experience in the field. I studied both theory and practical since 2007, and have help many people understand the theory of music. I hold Grade 7 ABRSM Piano qualification, and my passion for the area keeps on growing.

I hold Grade 7 ABRSM practical, meaning that I have a strong knowledge of the instrument and the theory surrounding it. I work at the pace of the student, but also acknowledge that there is a need to push students beyond what they think they are capable of in a positive manner. I'm a very relaxed tutor, and always use positive reinforcement to spark and maintain the passion within each individual.
I offer an easy to understand approach of music theory, currently up to Grade 5. I am also able to teach Piano practical lessons, right from beginner level.
Lessons will run at a relaxed pace, but will continuously work towards the goal that you have set in mind for yourself. I'm a very easy going person, and take the time to get to know every student on an individual level, as well as a professional one.
I work in line with the ABRSM guidelines for each grade for both music theory and practical. Practice is the key to everything I do, especially with theory, so there will be occasional tasks to take away and complete alone. However, all answers will be gone through together and explored thoroughly to ensure that the optimum understanding is gained.
