About Kaede
Hello! My name is Kaede, and I am a native Japanese speaker from Japan currently living in Australia.
I believe that learning a language should be fun and engaging, not just focused on textbooks and memorization. My goal is to create enjoyable lessons that help students discover not only the Japanese language but also the culture, traditions, and everyday life behind it. I want my students to feel excited about learning Japanese and curious to learn more about Japan.
As someone who learned English as a second language, I understand both the challenges and the rewarding moments that come with language learning. This experience helps me support students with patience and understanding.
Outside of teaching, I love traveling, exploring different cultures, and watching anime. I enjoy connecting with people from around the world and sharing my passion for Japan. I look forward to helping you on your Japanese learning journey!

Learning a new language should be enjoyable and stress-free! My lessons focus on helping students build confidence while improving their Japanese step by step.
As a native Japanese speaker with a Japanese teaching license, I provide personalized lessons for children and adults of all levels. I can explain concepts in English when necessary, which is especially helpful for beginners. Lessons usually last 60 minutes and include conversation practice, pronunciation, grammar, useful everyday expressions, and Japanese culture.
Whether you are learning Japanese for travel, work, study, or simply because you love Japan, I will support you in achieving your goals at your own pace.
