About Viola

I am an Italian girl who loves to cook for my family and friends and share food with people. Normally I go for easy but delicious dishes from the Italian kitchen. I’ve learn from my grandma how to cook a perfect LASAGNA, RISOTTO and PASTA ALLA CARBONARA!

About the lesson

Each class is based on a specific dish. Starting form the right ingredients I show to my student the easiest way to prepare the food. Following together the receipt, I help step by step to pursue a delicious result, paying attention to avoid the most common mistakes.
