About Ashley
Hi, there! My name is Ashley and I live in the United States. I am an English native speaker and TEFL certified teacher who can't wait to teach you everything you need to know to be speaking English like a natural! I am very patient and enjoy sharing the wonderful world of foreign languages. Together, we will be able to conquer the hardships of the English language and move at a pace that is entirely comfortable to you. I am funny and patient as well as knowledgeable in grammar and writing. We will have a lot of fun together as well as working on confidence! We will have a wonderful time together going over the fundamentals of English, verb conjugations, vocabulary study, pronunciations, and conversational English! *I can greatly cater to Japanese students with my current knowledge!
Interested in Japanese lessons? I offer beginner-upper beginner Japanese lessons, personally customizable to you! I am fluent in Hiragana, Katakana, with 90+ Kanji under my belt so far. The very first time we meet via webcam, we will do a proficiency test and figure out where you are in your Japanese language journey. Then, I can customize the lesson specifically for your needs! We begin our lesson with evaluating the student's skill level and proceeding with a lesson that is equivalent to their understanding. Once the student has mastered a lesson, new lessons will be introduced per the pace of the student's milestones achieved.
This applies to both English and Japanese lessons.
