About Andrea
I am a polyglot foreigner with years of experience teaching English in different parts of the world. I worked in several language teaching programs in Lima such as the Centro Cultural Peruano Norte Americano (ICPNA), in different counties of the city of New York together with the Office of Immigrant Affairs of New York city for mayor Bill de Blasio with the program "We are New York" teaching English to non native english speaking communities, besides tutoring in Literature and Writing Comprehension for New York's public university, City University of New York, where I graduated in 2016.

My teaching method is flexible! I always seek to adapt to the system that best helps in the understanding of the lesson, memory of new vocabulary and confidence to my students for the use of the new language they are learning. I usually evaluate the level of my students first and then prepare material but I can also develop my class with a system or books chosen by the student. I always try to keep dynamic and participatory classes in an environment where students feel comfortable while they learn.

I offer as a base price 10 euros per hour for my first students. I can move within metropolitan Barcelona.
