About Justyna

I have more than 15 years of teaching experience from Poland, France, and Canada. During these years I was giving private piano lessons, teaching in music schools and at the Montreal University (bachelor's degree). I was preparing students for exams (e.g. McGill Conservatory and RCM), concerts, and competitions, where my students achieved very good results, including gold and silver medals. Besides, I also taught people who took lessons for purely hobby purposes. I have experience with children and adults at all levels: beginner, intermediate, advanced, and music students at the university level.

About the lesson

"Nothing right can be accomplished in art without enthusiasm". That's why your enthusiasm is my priority. I also expect diligence, commitment and discipline. As a teacher I'm patient and understanding with very good interpersonal skills.
I adjust the program individually to each level and musical preference. I can introduce modifications in the process of learning, depending on individual educational progress.

Justyna is kind, friendly and patient with me, and yet she makes sure that I progress in my lessons by being a workaholic. She has the vast musical experience and is an excellent teacher with enormous ability to break down complex music notes into simple pieces, which in turn becomes easy for a student to learn and play with steady rhythm accurately.
She walked me through music theory, as well as the details of the piano. As an adult student, I was nervous about picking up an instrument but I am now pretty confident I can learn how to play the piano.
I strongly recommend Justyna to anyone who is passionate about learning piano.
