About Shanuka
I began my guitar journey at the age of 20, teaching myself purely out of passion and love for music. What started as a personal pursuit soon became something I enjoyed sharing with others – especially children. Back in my home country, I taught guitar to kids as a hobby alongside running my own business as an entrepreneur. Now, settled in this beautiful country with my family, I continue to share the joy of music by teaching my own children ages 7 and 3.5 (which is quite the challenge, but incredibly rewarding!). My goal is to now extend this passion further and help more children discover the fun and confidence that comes from learning guitar. I believe in a patient, encouraging, and child-friendly approach – where learning is as enjoyable as it is educational.
