About Nigel
Guitar and other stringed instruments player, ukulele, Shamisen, Sanshin, bass for over 30 years. I have had many teachers, each providing insight into the great journey that is the guitar.
I have performed in a live setting, recording studio, streaming, jam sessions, and have coached many high school bands, and ran a guitar improvisation short course for foreign language learners.
Some players want to play other peoples songs and some want to make their own, whichever you path;
I can't wait to assist you on your Guitar journey!

I want to give you the tools to learn new techniques and eventually develop your own. My specialty area of guitar teaching is improvisation for building melodic lines and eventually face-melting solos. Probably the best way to find your voice on the guitar because you are playing your own music and not someone else's.
Whether you have an acoustic, electric, or something in between? I can help you check that you are using techniques that will allow you to continue to develop sustainably and prevent strain injuries.
