About Shane
I am a 26-year old male, who has recently retuned home to South Africa after teaching in Vietnam for the past three years. I completed my Honors degree at the University of Cape Town, specialising in a Bachelor of Business Science degree with a major in Organisational Psychology. I also have completed the TEFL course. My passions include remaining servant hearted, playing musical instruments, studying the characteristics of successful individuals worldwide, the art of education and pursuing opportunities for self-improvement. I am very optimistic about the future and live by my former High School’s motto: Supera Moras. Never give up.

My teaching methodology is one that incorporates Total Physical Response (TPR), a lot of energy and tons of fun. I teach students to associate actions and pictures to various vocabulary words in a fun and humorous way. I am a firm believer that students learn best when having fun and in a teaching environment that they find stimulating.
