About Manon
Dear student, Surely like you, I am still at school which makes me still imbued with the school system because I am a student in the third year of law. In college, I joined the section "European Section" which provided additional English courses to study the history, culture of English-speaking countries including going on a school trip immersion in a British family in Brighton. In high school, in the first year, the class in which I was participating in an exchange with a Swedish school. The Swedish coming to France and the French going to Sweden in Trelleborg in total immersion, English was essential to be able to communicate. Finally, having myself family abroad not speaking absolutely French but Danish and Spanish, it was necessary to speak English exclusively to be able to communicate, having German LV2 in high school, English served me a lot for meetings of family or any other occasion. The language barrier is something that I take very seriously because I realize that to be able to surpass it requires work and that giving lessons allows me to overcome this barrier to those who choose it in order to to allow them to become a citizen of the world just by speaking English, without forgetting that everything is done with a view to improving the level and grades! I like English and I want to share this passion for language. Yes, I said a citizen of the world because in 3/4 of the fields of higher education you will most likely meet English. Indeed, even in my legal curriculum "French-French" English classes are provided!

What we do during a session: -Approche class seen in class. -Application of exercises to do in connection with the course. -Propose improvement to the student. -Give vocabulary. -Work as much as possible written AND oral, the latter being too little solicited. -The student will choose a current theme or a film / episode series, a song, a book of his choice to give his point of view at the next meeting. -Ideally, speak as much as possible in English together from the beginning to the end of the session.
