It is of utmost importance that my students feel comfortable in the classroom. This encompasses encouraging student agency, feeling comfortable with making mistakes, learning, growing in your language skills, and overall experiencing a holistic environment with the teacher. If a student does not feel comfortable or at ease in the classroom, the learning process is hindered.
