About Neo

My name is Neo Matube. I've been an active person my entire life. I played sports from a young age, and I'm still playing till this day. I'm 22years old based in the FreeState. I have obtained provincial colors in both cricket and rugby at both primary and secondary level. Currently I'm playing club rugby for the Kroonstad Rugby Club

About the lesson

This is the basic exercise one can do at home that are most effective for endurance, muscle growth, weight loss and strength. These exercises target each muscle singularly maximizing the complete workout of that specific muscle. All you need is a great attitude and remember the phase no pain, no gain.
