About Fede
I’m a Physical Education Teacher from Argentina and Dance Instructor with several years of experience helping students improve their fitness, confidence, and technique. I work with kids, youths and adults of all levels—from complete beginners to experienced dancers and athletes—offering guidance that is clear, practical, and tailored to each person’s goals.

Personal Trainer:
All my training plans are fully personalised and designed around your specific goals and needs. Your program will be tailored to help you achieve exactly what you’re aiming for. You can receive full-body workouts, strength training, speed and agility programs. I can also create sport-specific training plans for rugby, football (soccer), volleyball, running, marathons, triathlons, Hyrox, and more.
Dance (Bachata & Salsa):
You can join my 8-week term classes, where you will learn Bachata (traditional, sensual, moderna, bachazouk) and Salsa (timba, rumba, etc.). These classes are beginner-friendly and will help you develop solid technique, musicality and confidence on the dance floor.
I also offer private dance lessons, separate from the term courses. Private lessons focus on correcting your dance technique, improving posture, polishing details, and learning tools and skills that can be harder to teach in group classes. They are ideal for students who want faster progress and personalised feedback.
