Te Reo Maori
- As I mentioned I am a level 4 REPS registered personal trainer my style I lean towards is a hybrid mixed between strength and muscle building.
- A typical session will range from 45 minutes to 1 hour if longer potentially 1 hour 30 minutes.
- These lessons are for all training levels novice , intermediate , and advanced all training levels are welcomed.
- Ages will range from 12 to 45 years old.
- My teaching methodology is to provide you a program that actually balances Strength while building muscle as well. From my own studies I always believed you can be both muscular and strong I had this misconception that you had to stop strength training if you were going to train for muscle building and stop muscle building training to gain strength I was wrong you can still build muscle and gain strength with the program I provide you as a example a skinny dude can be strong but have minimal muscle another example is a big dude who is full of muscle but lacks necessary strength to back that muscle up so I have made a program that is guaranteed a muscle building and strength training program.
