About Weile
I am passionate about gourmet cuisine and its history since my childhood, I decided to change my career after graduating from ESSEC Business School. I did the cooking art program at FERRANDI Paris. Having the cooking techniques developed in my pocket, I worked at the ASSA restaurant (1 Franco-Japanese star) for 1 year and then at the Gastrologik restaurant (2 Nordic-Japanese stars) in Stockholm. Since October 2019, I have moved to Brussels and started my own business of "Private table" and cooking workshop. In addition, since 2019 to lose the peas that I gained during work at the restaurant, I have adapted the ketogenic diet (keto: based on a drastic reduction in the intake of carbohydrates, gluten free of course) which has changed my life. I have experience creating beautiful recipes for the ketogenic diet, gluten-free or dietetic diet. I offer my experience and my passion for fusion / Asian cuisine and back stories.

The principle: I work with fresh, organic products most of the time, and as close as possible to what nature offers us, which will alleviate health problems linked to inflammation. The lessons take place by webcam! I adapt to each student according to their level and expectations. It is indeed essential to transmit his culinary knowledge to arouse the interest of the student so that he appreciates his course. The course can take place in French, English or Chinese.
