-I have experience in lifting for 4 years, strength and aesthetics training while learning from mistakes and correcting to using proper form and seeing significant strength and aesthetic gains.
-To give a new prospective, for those struggling with confidence and being down about not seeing results as this is a beautiful process once you set small goals and achieve them properly.
