About Viola

I have been tutoring students of different ages for around four years now; I have worked with children and teenagers/young adults alike. My first language is Italian; I then speak English (Cambridge C2 IELTS and CAE certificate), French (B2 DELF certificate+Baccalauréat), Spanish (B2 DELE certificate), Dutch (B2 INTA certificate) and have a B1 Portuguese level. I am currently in my third year at the University of Glasgow, in Scotland, pursuing a joint degree in English Literature and Philosophy.

About the lesson

I am convinced that the best way to tailor a study program on a student is to first and foremost talk to them and understand what their points of strength are and what they encounter difficulties in. I believe in communication and in encouraging the student to always try their best, no matter if they will make mistakes of struggle to complete the task.

I have known Viola for about two years. I have seen her tutor in the past year and I can assure that she is an enthusiastic tutor and she is always willing to listen to her student's needs, finding ways to adapt her teaching to them. She is very friendly and explains things in a clear way. I would highly recommend her!
