About Wandile
I am a Wits music school student. It's been a challenging experience, especially because i didn't do music in high school, so there's a lot of gasps in knowledge requiring putting extra hours to catch up. This experience has made me realize that i don't want another person to go through it, and i feel there's no emphasis of the importance of starting music theory earlier before considering a career in music and i want to help bridge the gap and make sure students are ready for advanced theory concepts

I start off from grade naught and slowly transition to other grades once I'm sure the material has been absorbed.I mix theory with a bit of basic practical, preferably piano so the student can better understand the content and be able to apply it practically because i believe it's important to be able to apply what you're learning immediately, otherwise it'sjust another tedious task that'll be forgotten soon after. The lessons are designed to cater for any student. The ability of the student to grasp the content determines the pace of the lessons, not the other way around. I believe the material that'll be covered here sets you up for better understanding of more complex music theory concepts.
