About Tamiranashe
Hi! I'm Tamira, a passionate acting student and private drama tutor. I've always believed that drama is more than just performance - it's a powerful way to build confidence, self-awareness, and communication skills. I started tutoring because I love seeing students gain confidence and truly discover themselves doing acting. As someone on their own journey, I know how nerve-wracking it can be to step outside of your comfort zone and perform. I also know how meaningful it is to have a soft and encouraging voice guiding you in your journey, and I hope to provide that for others. Drama changed my life - and I want to help others experience that same growth, joy, and self-belief.

My approach is always student-led, confidence-focused, and tailored to the individual. I believe that drama tutoring should be a safe and creative space where students feel encouraged to take risks and grow not just as performers but as people. In our sessions, I get to know each student's unique learning style and goals - whether they want to prep for exams, build acting skills, or just become more confident. I use a mix of script work, improvisation, performance techniques, and reflections to keep lessons engaging and practical. Most importantly, I meet students where they are. I bring warmth, structure, and genuine care into each session, and I love seeing students surprise themselves with what they're capable of.
