About Caridad
7 years spent guiding creative minds has shown me that the hurdles of music creation are simply stepping stones to better art. My work connects with bedroom producers and home studio owners who require a practical bridge between a raw idea and a finished demo. I support teens and content creators by breaking down complex concepts like rhyme schemes and motif development into manageable actions.
Helping students move from a blank page to a finished track is the primary focus of my practice. The parts of songwriting I once found impossible to navigate are now the parts I most enjoy teaching my students.
I maintain a rigorous and calm environment where progress is tracked through a running record of what works. My roster spans complete beginners alongside artists performing at a serious level in the industry. It remains essential to prioritize momentum over academic theory during our sessions together. You will find my approach grounded in the reality of building a song from the ground up.

Getting a student moving is always more productive than spending hours buried in dry music theory. My lessons utilize the foundation provided by my BA Music degree from UCLA to simplify song structure and genre conventions for modern writers.
Because I have 7 years of experience in the studio, I emphasize the functional aspects of co-writing and collaboration that actually generate results. This process ensures that every session translates directly into better chorus writing and thematic clarity for your specific project. We focus on the concrete steps that turn a rough concept into a professional product. Your artistic voice is the most important element in the room.
